It is no secret that powerful forces such as digital transformation and the persisting COVID-19 pandemic are disrupting businesses globally and changing HR permanently. No longer merely an “overhead” function in modern organizations, HR has begun to lead businesses through disruptions with a more agile and people-centered approach to learning, work and performance. This leadership requires basic data literacy, an aptitude for workplace technology, and the ability to influence and operate in an agile way. At the core of this influence and ability are people analytics. People analytics have been a growing part of HR for close to a decade, and have become a fundamental capability for HR teams and practitioners in any forward-looking organization. This presentation will work to de-mystify people analytics for HR leaders and practitioners alike, identifying core the practices, tools and capabilities for effective people analytics that empower impact and change throughout the organization.
