The diagnostic work-up is the foundation of any successful restorative treatment. This phase of treatment planning provides the restorative team (me, pacient, dentist and technician) with time to evaluate, visualize and predict the functional and esthetic outcome prior to performing any restorative or surgical procedure. The conference aims at presenting a concept of minimal invasive esthetic and functional approach. It focuses on various clinical and technical criteria, on sequencing the treatment plan. The goal of this concept is to enhance the treatment predictability by efficiently planning its’ phases. The phases include: a comprehensive initial diagnosis, a diagnostic wax-up, an esthetic and functional mock-up, a correct digital or conventional impression, an adequate ceramic material choice, an adhesive cementation procedure and the final occlusion check. The conference is addressed to all clinicians that wish to have a minimal invasive and controlled approach for their cases.
