Mihai Constandis has more than 18 years of IT experience in diverse roles ranging from engineering, testing, project and portfolio management to sales, customer management, and scaling business and large engineering organizations. He joined Softvision eight years ago as a Delivery Manager and had an important role in evolving our successful engagement with our business partners.


Mihai was involved in the implementation and adaptation of the Guilds, Community and Pod model to Romania. He became the Head of Communities for Romania a couple of years ago and has always applied a mindset of evolution and engaging team spirit to building strategic structures and contributing, together with the leadership team, to Cognizant Softvision’s growth and success in Romania.

I have joined EA in 2013 as Server Engineer within the FUT FIFA team. Since then, I have been involved in several projects within the Server team, working with a variety of clients, both Console and Mobile. Having the opportunity to be involved in the majority of the Server areas, I have pursued a Technical Team Lead career starting with 2016. One of my dearest projects is the Switch FUT project, where I had the opportunity to implement FUT for the Nintendo platform from scratch. Currently, I'm acting as Bucharest FUT Server Lead Engineer, enjoying working with smart and fun colleagues :).

He has worked in several telecommunications and finance industries positions and was the CIO of the start-up index.hu during its early days.
Peter works for EPAM Systems in Switzerland as a developer, supporting training programs for developers and internal mentoring.
