Trayan Trayanov is a Co-founder & Managing partner in Mercatus (hyperlink: www.mercatus.bg) - an agency for outsourced services BPO & ITO. In less than 2 years, the company has been working with over 50 clients, ranging from Startups to large corporations that offer Market Penetration in the EMEA, DACH regions.

Mercatus' customers are mainly technology, telecommunications, financial and manufacturing companies.

Trayan has over 10 years of experience in the BPO & ITO industries, working with large accounts such as AVAYA, Alcatel Lucent, SalesForce, Microsoft. He graduated in Business Management in London - Sunderland University and returned to Bulgaria in 2009.
