Silvia Dumitrașcu has been part of the ING Bank Romania team since 2014, when she joined as a Senior Digital Marketing Performance & Strategy Expert. In 2017, she occupied the position of Content, Social Media and Website Manager and in 2018 she took on the role of Web Performance Product Lead and Functional Manager as part of ING’s Digital Tribe.

Silvia has a background in Finance and Marketing, working in companies such as IBM and one of the local Agile coaching Startups - Mosaic Works, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban studies, as well as a Master’s degree in Physical Planning and the Management of Urban and Rural Settlements from the University of Bucharest.
